To cook, mix @carrots{3%medium} grated on big, @sour cream{2%tsp} and @tinned tomatos{1%can}. Put stuffed peppers. Add @water to cover 2/3 of peppers. Bring to boil. Reduce power and keep boiling for ~{40%min}.
