- black sesame seeds ½ tbsp
- rice 160 g
- butter 1 tsp
- mushrooms 75 g
- carrots 75 g

1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2Place salmon onto a baking tray.

3Season salmon with salt and black pepper.

4Sprinkle salmon with black sesame seeds .

5Bake salmon for 12 minutes , until cooked through.

6Steam rice until tender ( 15 minutes ).

7Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.

8Add sliced mushrooms and sliced carrots .

9Cook vegetables for 5 minutes , until tender.

10Season vegetables with salt and black pepper.

11Roast asparagus in oven alongside salmon ( 10 minutes ).
