    Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil . Pour a ladle of batter and tilt the pan in a circular motion to coat the surface evenly.

    Cook for 2 minutes , flip, and cook 1 minutes more. Don't overcook or it will turn crunchy and won't wrap. Repeat with remaining batter, adding a touch of oil between each.
