- flour 150 g
- water 240 ml
- salt Β½ tsp
- olive oil

1Whisk flour , water , and salt in a bowl until smooth β it should have a crepe-like consistency.

2Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil . Pour a ladle of batter and tilt the pan in a circular motion to coat the surface evenly.

3Cook for 2 minutes , flip, and cook 1 minutes more. Don't overcook or it will turn crunchy and won't wrap. Repeat with remaining batter, adding a touch of oil between each.

4Serve immediately β ready to wrap as soon as it comes off the pan.
